I have been a Realtor for 4 years. I have 5 of my own Listings at the time. All of which I handle everything from contract to close myself. I also have been able to handle many Buyer deals such as Short Sales, FHA Loans.I am very savvy with computer input, Social Media, Photography, Video, Open Houses and Broker Open Houses. I have a large amount of training on new ways to market properties via the internet and learning how to work with Buyers and Sellers. I have sales experience from previous jobs. I enjoy working with people over the phone or in person and providing them with great customer service. I am a people person and love communicating personally with everyone via phone, internet or text.

I am up to date with all of the newest technology as far as marketing your home through out e-edge program and all of the Social Media. Such as Facebook, You Tube, Pinterest, Twitter, Linked In, E blasts and Blogging. Your Listing will be on the Cape May MLS, South Jersey MLS.

Having raised two children in the area I am very familiar with the Schools available to my Clients. I am very familiar with the Southern Shore area and know can answer questions about their needs as far as High School etc.I know where they can find shopping areas and places of interest like museums, parks etc.

I can keep in touch with people through phone, email and texting. I have a website and personal email for work which I keep on top of and up to date.
